then how come viagra and other sexual gains for guys aren't illegal? It's also a peformence inhansing drug too right?

Athletes must be very careful in whatever they absorb into their system.
Steroids are used by athletes to enhance their sports performance and that's why they are banned. Though viagra and other sexual enhancing drugs might have banned substances in them. However, 'cheaters' don't usually take viagra before games because it just make their wieners feel harder and does not maximize their sports abilities.
I recall that an Olympic athlete was suspended for a banned susbstance, but she took a Tylenol. And this caused a whole debate.
