Weight watchers!!!!! I have lost 36 lbs. after the birth of my baby. I averaged 3 lbs. a week most weeks. I tried it years ago but was starved. If you buy fat free and light products-it is easier and you won't be so hungry. Also, eat alot of fiber-it is filling and CLEANS out your system(if you know what I mean)!
Also, I joined online-so no meeting and I weigh in at home on the privacy of my own scale!
Good luck, girl!

Put the baby in a stroller and pack the kids up and go for a walk. Increase the speed just a little for some cardio. Don't worry this wont kill your older kids...they probably need the exercise too. I don't advise or adovcate any kind of "quick" pill to help or do the work for you. Another thing you can do is go to the library and borrow exercise tapes that way you can work out at home with your baby. Don't worry about needing weights, you can always use soup cans or frozen bottles of water for the added resistance. Try snacking on ice when you are bored or munchy. This causes a couple of things to happen: 1) you burn more calories making yor body heat up the cold water 2) the action of chewing helps with any oral fixation that is associated with munching 3) you are filling your stomach with calorie free water (Okay dentists don't start emailing me telling me how bad that is for the teeth - I already know.) Hope this helps good luck

I would have thought that breastfeeding would have helped you lose weight already? Anyway, remember it took you nine months to put that weight on, and you should give yourself at least nine months to get the weight off. Best of luck!
Oh, also make sure that you are eating enough to support your lifestyle, undereating can cause weight loss to slow or stop completely.

Workout at home, with the kids, make it a family workout. Do it once a day. Use the baby as a weight. jump around, dance, just be silly, any thingto bring up your heart rate and make you sweat.
