Oops, better just take a pregnancy test to make sure or check with your doc.
I hope the news will be what you want it to be.
Try not to worry as emotional changes can affect periods, and as you have met a new guy, it might just be excitement!

Make your blokes wear condoms. I am an OB nurse and you'd be suprised at the amount of women who have had sterilization(tubal ligations)but show up pregnant.It is not 100%.So you didnt have your period-could be emotional,hormoneal,changes-could be you are pregnant.Buy an EPT test and find out in the comfort of your own home and stop stressing about it.

I agree, see your Doctor, especially if it's been awhile since your procedure. Don't be fooled into a false sense of security, use protection every time. Not only for pregnancy but for all those other STD's out there. Good luck to you.

It's probably just because of the activity you haven't been used to for the past 12 months.
But you should still use extra protection in case of std's

get a pregnancy test or see the doctor. How old are you? could be your going the through the change. God I wish I was sterile.
