By free to smoke I'm guessing you mean legal? I think so, yes, no one in recorded history has ever died directly from smoking pot, people die from alcohol poisoning yet its legal. Pot can mess your mind up a little but its not deadly. Imprisoning people associated with pot is also a waste of money.

Pot has recently been shown to alter brain waves and cause long term brain injury. It is a hallucinogenic drug. I'm not only against it, except for medicinal purposes, like aiding cancer victim's pain, but also against cigarettes, Cancer causing for the some and second hand smoke damage to others.

yes, native americans have been for thousands of years. Alcohol is far more dangerous than pot ever will be.If the gov't allowed it to be a legal drug for over 21 yr. of age, they would save millions of dollars for tax paying citizens yearly.

Sure why not. I think alcohol is a more dangerous drug anyway. At least that way the second hand smoke is fun for everyone :)

The best things in life are free.

Do you mean legal or at no cost?

Legally yes. Alchohol and smoking ciggs is just as harmful or more, so why can those be legal and not pot? Smoking and Alchohol still has longer long term effects but you still end up bad.......or six feet under...so I dunno........
