I've looked for it on the Jackson and Perkins website and couldn't find it even though they are the one's who originated the plant.

Try googling Tyler, Texas-- whose claim to fame ( besides the Big Inch) is "City of Roses" or some such-- there are also many Rotarian's in Texas.
Once a rose is patented, the breeder will license other growers. So don't give up yet.
