Don't spend any money! Anyone asking you for money is scamming you. Try doing an internet search for modeling agencies in your town. If an agency thinks you're good enough to make it, they'll pay to have your pictures taken to put your portfolio together. Modeling is a tough industry. You're going to hear no way more than you hear yes. Also, there are a lot of temptations. Don't go into it unless you're very self confident and very strong willed.

you need to make a portfolio. go get professional pictures done. this can cost quite a bit, but once you get into the business, it will be worth it. next, set up interviews with agencies or get copies of the portfolio and send them to companies. and watch america's next top model. i have learned so much for that show. (although i'm not a model)

There are different types of modeling, like face, hand, foot, etc.. Call an agency, & get their professional opinion.

In my experience, anyone that comes up with a nickname like "2 pretty" ISN'T.

Go to college and get a degree.

Make sure you are at least 5' 10". Don't even bother if you aren't, male or female.
