Not really!... But is not funny to criticise all time thinking that make us perfect or better than them...

I'm Irish, I lived in Austria for two years and I took bits from their culture and society and combined it with my own.

Initially I was very dismissive of any differences but then I realised that it was just their way and this was my way. Culture is an expression of humanism and societal organisation based on rules, taboos and traditions.

No culture is perfect but all cultures have aspects that are both positive and negative. Nothing is absolute, you should use common sense to say what's good and suits you and what doesn't.

Many Irish people are very dismissive of other cultures and defensive of our own values. Just take what you need and create a personal cultural mix that's right for you, then you won't have to worry about the perfect culture - you will have invented it for yourself.

Texans have the perfect culture. We are courtly, fun loving, friendly and we make the only true BarBQ known to mankind. Our music sets the trend for the mainstream and our women are paragons of beauty.
Our culture's openness is its weakness. We welcome so many outsiders that our culture will disappear.

That is hard to define since everybody's version of perfect is different. What's right for one might not be for another. In what terms are you speaking specifically.
