We need a better understanding of where you are located. Because each phone company is different what is best in one area might not work in the area that you are. So if we knew where you needed to use the phone that would help to decide who has the best cell service for you.

It all depends on your area sweetheart. In my area, US Cellular, it almost literally NEVER loses signal and the plans are affordable! Do your research. Go to the different stores and just pick up a lot of brochures. Find out about whether or not 'extras'( texting, call id, etc) comes with the plans or if they cost more. Go home with all of your brochures and see what areas which company covers the best for where you're going to be using your phone and which prices are the best.

that depends on what part of the country you live in. More midwestern and northern states, Sprint/Nextel is the best but if you're farther south...i would definatley go for Verizon
