I just started watching a show called Leap Years. It is an hour long show about the friendship of 5?

individuals over 15 years. What network orginally carried the show? And why was it cancelled? Was there a wrap up episode - because it appears to me that the series ended with several cliffhangers that were not resolved. (I hate when that happens :-)
