I had a baby almost 4 years ago. My stomach has cleared up alot, but I'm not satisfied. I have started excerising more and eating healthy because I want a nice firm body, but I also want it to appear nicer, and I have some stretch marks and my belly button looks bad too. Is there anything I can do to get my stomach to look almost as good as it did before I had my daughter?..and I don't have the money for plastic surgery.

Hey dear, don't worry firstly and enjoy your motherhood and care of your little angel..As far as you wrote you really put efforts by eating healthy,exercising,etc..Well,I would recommend you to find a personal trainer, because there are special complexes of exercise ,which will enable you to be more firm and regain more muscle strenght.Drink as much pure water as you can! It's vital..As to the stretch marks are they too visible,or are already fade away..??I have also stretch marks, not over my belly..Well,the truth is that those marks cannot be effectively removed visibly well with some cosmetic remedy, but with plastic surgery if possible..Keep living healthy and relax! Good luck!

Weight training to tone the muscles and excercise to lost the fat.

Strech marks will be there forever. Toning and losing weight will shrink their appreance but they will never be gone unless some plastic surgery comes about. As od yet there is no known surgery to remove strecth marks, unless you completely cut out that damaged skin.

These are marks predicting your future (you'll be a mom for a lonnng time). You should be proud of them. I have 5 children and I'm grateful for those stretch marks.
