I use to love cleansers such as Pine-Sol, Mr. Clean, etc... but over the years of experience of found that liquid Spi c-N-Span with water in bathtub (and brush) worked much better for blinds (including wooded) and ceiling fan blades. This cleanser doesn't have to be rinsed and a week later you will notice you can dust these items without the dust sticking to it. Therefore, no residue is left. Because the blinds are wooden, work on them as soon as you get them in the tub - - don't let them sit in the water and soak. Can let them drip dry outside on a railing, bench or draped over something so you don't get your floors wet, too.

You could get pledge wipes or a regular spray can of pledge. The wipes work really well for my wooden blinds, no messy rags and throw it away when you're done - no washing of dirty rags. Hope it helps :)

I would clean them with pledge wipes in a can.

Furniture polish. Not pine sol or those types of cleansers. Remember it is wood-living-organic. Put life back into it...
