the Sony Ericsson k750i/w800i series has the best camera at the moment - only the nokia n90 can compete, until the n93 comes out, which has 3.2 mp and 3x optical zoom...
the w800 also has a very good mp3 player - and as it is a very high-selling unit, support is easily available.
the memory is extendable up to 2gb at the moment with memory stick pro duo (i think 4gb sticks are coming soon).

the camera on my Nokia 6280 is the best I've had so far, though it is still just a mobile phone camera, not exactly a photographer's dream, no doubt there are better ones. there is a flash on it but don't ask me how it works!

i work for a company repairing mobile phones and funny enough LG phones have the best cameras i have seen and ive fixed 90% of models on the market

The Motorola V360 has a great camera! I have one myself.

the Sharp models have unbelievable cameras perfect quality and altho pretty expensive worth every penny.

sharp,sonny,nokia are all good not convinced with motorolas tho.
