Be careful! It can quickly lead to something else. I know about having your husband gone and being lonely. My husband just got back from Iraq and I had to go almost a year without him while raising our son who was just 3 months old when he left. Spend time with friends, pick up a hobby, do something to keep busy that doesn't involve another guy. Don't put yourself in a situation that can be perceived badly.

Hon, I do it all the time. It is ok if you know your limits and don't get too emotionally attached. I met my 3rd and current husband online while I was married. BIG MISTAKE What he appeared to be online he isn't in reality! I have been in a 6 yr nightmare. But yes it does help to unload and share things with someone. I mean it doesn't have to be male there are some women in the same boat and make great online friends.
I am on messenger if you ever want to talk...

Not a good idea..you will in short time, be involve in a virtual affair because you are lonely. Why not spend the time bettering yourself..take classes, volunteer, get out of the house and do something for others. Whether virutal or real, an affair of the heart robs your spouse of what should be his...would you approve of your husband carrying on, on-line, with another woman..if you answer yes with honesty, then go for it. But your having asked the question indicates you are looking for justification that is not coming from within you. Play it safe, don't get involved with things that so easily get out of control. Good luck

If it's innocent talking that you could do with your husband sitting right there then, yes. And if it's something you feel like you would need to hide from your husband, or something you wouldn't want him to do with another woman, then the answer is, no.

No, its not ok. Suppose these men want to hook up with you, can you say no. You're talking to these men at an emotional level which means in a sense you're cheating. Find something else to keep you occupied.

Sure it is fine. I do this too. My husband is only home for like 3 hours a day everyday, when he is home he sleeps. So I also talk to other people, guys included.

As long as you are not talking to them in a sexual way there is nothing wrong with it save those kinds of conversations for your husband. but being friends and just chatting should not be a problem.
