Told this remedy by a medical nurse. It can only be VICKS. No other name brand will work.

I don't think there is anything in it that is going to kill the fungus. Better to try one of the over the counter foot sprays.

Vicks will treat the symptoms cracking, itch and burning. It will not cure the fungus. You need an anti-fungal like lotrisone, or lotrimin you can get these over the counter and they are quite effective.

I don't think so. Try soaking your foot in ammonia (diluted in water, obviously).
