Do you think Burma will get Democracy under SPDC? How long it goona take?

Hello dear!
Why should all states get the political system we want for ourselves?
I do not know what people of Burma want, neither which is better for them!
For the second part of the question, which is easier, Burma and any country, deserves and democracy s a good political system only if the residents feel like citizens, free and are promptly educated!
