Jason Kidd because he has been consistent his whole career! Steve Nash was not good until he got Stoudamire and went to an offense which is designed for point gaurds to thrive! Jason Kidd may be a wife beater but he is and always will be a better more consistent pointgaurd than Steve Nash. By the way does anyone remember what Nash did in Dallas? Look at the Mavs without him!

Steve Nash. Nash has now won two MVPs in a row. Kidd can't say that. Obviously the Suns think Nash is better, they had Kidd and traded him away. Now they're sticking with Nash. Kidd has led his team, the Nets, farther in the playoffs, the NBA Finals, than Nash has. But Nash is still all-around better PG and a better player.

Its hard to compare this 2 players especially with how you asked your question. Jason Kidd is great with the Nets because his style of play compliments the style of game the Nets play and that's the same with Steve Nash. My answer to your question...no comparison. But as a better all around player...J KIDD gets my vote.

Overall, I think Kidd is better than Nash because of the number of triple doubles he has. But if Nash keeps playing the way he plays for the next two or three years, there is no doubt he will surpass Kidd.

Nash, duh. He led the Suns while Kidd let his team down. Plus Nash gets more assists and is a better three-point shooter.
