does anybody have a scared to where u can`t touch them guinea pig?

my guinea pig won`t let me touch him
nor anyone else
does anybody have any advice

As soon as your guinea pig realizes that you are providing the food, they will calm down.

In the morning, remove all food from the cage.

Then every hour, on the hour, offer food from your hand to the guinea pig. The first couple hours, you will not get a response...however, at hour 6 the guinea pig will start to realize that the food goes away when the hand goes away.

Once your guinea pig approaches your hand and takes a bite of food, replace the feeder and call it a day.

The next morning, do it all again.

Should take 4-5 days before the guinea pig will come to your hand when you reach in to take the food dish away.

At that point, offer a treat and leave the food dish.

That is all there is to it. My neighbor's kids show them at 4-H every year and they are so tame and quiet that they come to the sides of the cage to get pet by total strangers.

you need to sit out side of his cage for a long time then once he feels comfortable start opening the cage and putting your hand in and moving it towards him little centimeters at a time eventually youll be best buds

Well let it get to know you, let it sniff you and soon it will realize you're not going to hurt it so it will let you pet it and hold it.

I have one, they are really jumpy, and they run away from you. But it might not be used to You being around it, It depends if you just bought it or not!!!!!!
