follow the upper hose from the radiator to the engine. Where the hose is clamped onto the engine is where the T-Stat is located. Remove enough anti freeze until you are below the level of the T-Stat. Remove the clamp that holds the hose on. Remove the bolts to the T-Stat housing. Remove the T-Stat and replace the part with a new T-Stat in the same direction as the old one. Reverse order for the install. Run the engine until warm and add antifreeze to the correct level.
