I don't know what to do. I;m so scared! I can't be preg. I can't buy a test because I live in such a small town. People would talk. HELP ME!

breast swelling, nipple tenderness, backache...To protect your privacy, why not consider getting your male friend to purchase the test for you? Don't stress about it, just find out for sure. There's also Planned Parenthood and your local health department...Good luck!

morning sickness - doesn't necessarily have to be in the morning
tender breasts
frequent urination - even if you feel like you have a full bladder but can't urinate more than a small amount
missed period - this isn't always true, i knew someone who had regular periods all the way through her pregnancy but that doesn't happen often
fatigue - you may feel as if you have no energy even though you are not necessarily sleepy
if you have a pregnancy care center near you, they can do a pregnancy test and remain confidential, health departments are also good. if you are a teenager, then teen pregnancy centers do not have to have parent/gaurdian signatures like other places.

CALL PLANNED PARENTHOOD IN YOUR AREA!!!!! They can do a test for you without anyone knowing. If you drive, or a friend drives, then have them take you to a city outside of yours and buy one there, then do it in the bathroom at a gas station if you are worried about anyone finding out. No one would know that way. Or call your doctor and have them do one. They have a privacy law that they can't give info out to anyone if you talk to them about it. Same with planned parenthood.

Breast tenderness, backache, nausea with or with out vomiting, frequent urination and metallic taste in the mouth. All of these could be signs of pregnancy. Good Luck!

You will have nausea,tender breasts and no monthly. It is also possible to not be pregnant but think yourself into some of these symptoms. Good luck and God bless you.
