Show her around what else would she want? If you want her to feel welcomed in the staes then the best way for her to feel welcomed is to let her look around take to a party or something that she would like to do tell her that she should feel welcomed here and not be scared.

Let her meet some friendly new people, take her to nice places and show her the best of your country...some cultural sights....show everyone that this is ur wife and they must her treat her nicely. she will soon feel better.

Take her out and show her the country! Include her in your activities, and/or help her find activites SHE will enoy! :) This is an easy one. Best of luck to you and your wife!

Keep her away from Americans you don't know. However, you can bring her to moderate churches, AA meetings, and other places people make other people feel welcome.
