Not without an amendment. Currently there is no protection of privacy as provided in the constitution.

What we need is even just a well written LAW, there really is no need to make amendment.

Abortion rights are in Constitutional law as in Roe v Wade. It isn't in the Constitution oer say, but neither are a lot of things..

Even those who are anti abortion, they are not pro-life as shown in their support of the death penalty, soldiers killed in Iraq over oil, and no regard for the life of a (living) mother, they murder Md's, are a overwhelming minority, it would be hard to get an amendment passed, especially in the redneck bible states!

It already has been ruled on, Roe V Wade. It is constitutional law. An amendment would have to be made to make it illegal as North Dakota may find out.

It is constitutional, per the Roe v Wade ruling. The one state who tried to ban it on a state-level is having their law dragged into Federal court, and it isn't expected to stand up to Supreme Court scrutiny.

Yes.

There could be an amendment made to the constitution. It takes a lot of effort, but it can be done.

Sure, it's possible.

But it would be nice if the people could vote on it for once, instead of this 'law' being shoved down our throats by 5 men in black dresses.
