Whatever happened to the model, Wanakee from back in the day?

There was an African-American model named Wanakee back in the day. She had her own hair product line. Anyone know what happen to her? Does she still model?

I remember Wannakee! She was also in an Adam Ant video in the 80's!!! It was either Friend or Foe, or Ant Music I think.
