The Waiting to Exhale soundtrack doesn't list this song by Babyface, however. The thing is that Babyface is an accomplished producer that has written a lot of songs other artists have sung, and has also sung a lot of songs other artists have recorded on his label. The Tony Rich Project's album is on his label. It appears, however, that the song was originally written by Tony Rich Project, and after listening to it, I agree that his version is the most popular.
