He is probably nervous and he might be a fraid of rejection so why don't you ask him to go get a drink or have lunch that will most likley open the door

he is either shy or maybe just waiting for the right moment to ask. but if he don't ever ask you than don't wait for him because you are then wasting time for own life.

maybe he's just taking his time... or he probably felt that you don't like him back. why not try asking him out in a casual way? like ask him for a coffee or sumthin'. at least then you'll find out if he really likes you... or he's just pulling your leg. good luck, dear, & please keep me posted! = )

He is a loser. Make it clear to him that you know of this and if he doesn't ask you out after that, then he is a loser and doesn't deserve you.
