To PUT? Your talking bout a kid and you just cant PUT them someplace and forget they are aive.
First talk to him, spend time with him, by hitting on them if you mean flirting thats normal somewhat, its the macho thing guys go thru I know, I got a 12 year old bro, talk to the younger ones about sex abuse but do not be too quick to just toss this kid aside, right now he needs someone to talk to him and not judge him or make assumptions.

like they said beat his A$$. if you don't want to, put him in d.h for about a week he will never hit his siblings again.i know i've been there.and no it don't make them worse it just shows them that if you can't have authority over him that they do. i've been to d.h and it made me 10 times nicer to my whole family cause when you don't see them for about a week you know what your missing.

ask the local police dept for assistance. they can either get him locked up for abuse, or refer you to the courts to file "an unruly child" petition. and let the youth services people help you,
