I bought a Dimevision DVD for $10 and shipping cost about $13

How long did it take to get what you bought? Does it take more than what the delivery date says? Heeeeeeeelp!!

I have been a big fan of online shopping, and have found that online stores like amazon, ebay, or target are VERY GOOD. For amazon, this IS their business, so they have to do it right. Your package should be shipped punctually. The only time there is a discrepancy is if you count weekends. If you order on Monday and it say 5-7 business days, expect the delivery in the middle of the next week. Some places deliver faster than they tell you, some places get delayed or backordered. Print out any paperwork about your shipment and check the status if you feel the need, but I think you should be fine.

I've bought many things from Amazon over the years. Can't remember having a problem. Only main thing is the shipping can take long. They are usually right with their approx shipping/arrival dates. It all depends on how much you ordered, if you're allowing them to ship things as they are available and if you paid for faster shipping.

If you just ordered a DVD I can't see the shipping costing $13...unless you mean the total was 13 including the shipping...that sounds right. Their estimated shipping dates are usually right, but if it's been longer than a few days past, contact them.

I've bought 4 CDs off of Amazon and it's very safe. My first time the shipment came in about a week, the second time it was only a few days. It depends where the purchase is coming from. The one where it took a week, it came from England; the one for a few days came from New York. The shipping estimates are very reliable.

I buy from amazon.com 1-2 times a month, depending on what I'm looking for. I mostly buy used books for an online bookclub that I belong to. Depending on what shipping option you chose (or choose at checkout time), that determine's your wait time for your item. Average time is 5-7 business days. Sometimes, I've gotten the item sooner than the delivery date. Depends on the method being used too.

I have bought stuff through Amazon.com for many years. Their shipping delivery date is generally right on time.

You can check through your account on their website the status of your orders, and they also will send you and email when your items ships with the necessary tracking information.

And yes, they are very safe. Oh, and they are great about returns too.

I have bought stuff from them several times and never had a problem. I usually get better deals from half.com, but amazon is fine too.

Sometimes shipping can take a little longer depending on where you are and if the holidays have anything to do with it. Don't forget to only count business days.

I bought 2 CDs from Amazon.com and the total was 25$. My stuff was a little past the date it was supposed to come because I had free shipping. It was only 4 days. I am sure that your stuff will come when its supposed to.

So far I haven't been taken on Amazon .com, and usually the delivery date is pretty close, I don't advise anyone to purchase off of advantagebridal.com, am having major problems with them, only just beginning with them not answering emails. Go somewhere else, not here.

Amazon is fantastic. I use them all the time for dvd's and cd's and books. I even pre-order seasons of tv shows and when they are available, I get them auto shipped to me. No more fighting crowds for the movies or tv shows I want.
