White vinegar & water; half & half in a spray bottle for the screen. Or, dissolve baking soda in warm water (see box for ratio). If neither works, get some clear, non-sudsing ammonia (about $1 @ the store). Wear gloves and cover your face, soak a sponge with it and wipe down all areas.
Finally, take a ride to your closest feed store (not a big chain pet store). As the people there what you can put on your patio to deter cats from coming and leaving their greeting cards! Good luck.

do not use ammonia or vinegar, or bleach. most chemical cleaners smell like urine 2 cats so if u use these then the cats will just spray there again. try lemon and water, or go to a pet store and they should b able 2 reccomend something

Clean it thoroughly as anything else and then spray the area with vinegar ... cats hate the smell and will avoid the area. you will only be able to smell it for a few hours but the scent will linger for many days for them. By that time you should have broken the "cycle" that this could have started.

I would say Oxi Clean. I don't know if you'd want to mix up with some water or make a paste out of a little water and some of the powder, but this stuff does take out cat urine. Just let it sit for awhile and them rinse it off.

wash every bit of it off with pure white vinegar Then let it dry You may have to do it More than one time to make sure you got all of the cat spray. I have a cat that is 16 years old and that what the vet told us to use and it works.

Go to a pet store and get an enzyme cleaner like Nature's Miracle. Regular household products don't do a very good job.
