Some pre-natal vitamins will do that. Not one specific one, but the combination that they give you.
You can buy vitamins for you hair and nails at most drug stores, though.

The most I could think you're thinking of would be prenatal vitamins, available at almost any drug store.

i know that omega 3 fatty acid pills make your hair shine because they have fish oils in them....i don't know about the nipple thing though....
