make sure you have fresh breath first. since it's summer and it's hot, it may get uncomfortably hot if you are outside, or in a room where it will get even warmer, so do it in a cooler part of the house or something
use music and candlelight. both of these have been shown to actually work at enhancing the mood for a good romp of the tongues.
try putting on a delicate fragrance. nothing too strong or powerful, just a little tiny bit.
