The key word is "permanently deleted"....they have been deleted from their Server so you cannot get them back.

Sorry =(

I am not sure if AOL has backups for deleted emails, but you should try to contact them and ask them if they do have backups for them and if they are retrievable. However, if they work the way hotmail, gmail, yahoo mail works.....then they have been permanently deleted so you cannot get them back since they have been wiped from their server.

They can but they might not just do it for anyone. You might had to have the police/FBI contact them, im assuming that would be more something the FBI would do because its an investigation and if Google is really picky they can make them have a court order to get the emails. They do not have to just provide it from simply asking.

No, once you permanately delete something, its permanately deleted, unless you can trace the cookies on your computer and piece it back together. Dont ask me how tho!

Once they have been deleted I dont think so. In order to prevent this, create a folder, and place the emails in there if you dont want them erased.
