Mederma and other scar reducing creams only work on new scars. The only thing to do with existing scars is to treat the surrounding skin and make the shadow of the scars more shallow. Getting a microdermabrasion treatment by an aesthetician with a microdermabrasion certificate will do some softening of the scars. If they are deeply pitted, a dermatologist can inject them with collagen but they will have to be routinely injected to keep them full and the surface will still appear a little rough. Rub evening primrose oil on them at night and cleanse in the morning. Moisturizing and exfoliation are key to reducing the appearance of scars but nothing, unfortunately, is going to completely get rid of them. Using makeup can help to conceal them as well. Good luck and don't pick future pimples.

You can use a cream, the first thing you have to have is a nacar shell. Once you have it, you'll have to wash it, when it is dry, you'll put some lemon juice (natural lemon juice) on it, leave it there for a day (for example, you put the juice on the morning and at night the cream will be ready). Oncce the cream is ready, apply it on the scars and go to bed, on the nmorming wash your face and remove the cream... Do this for 2 weeks more or less and the scars will start desapearing.
Another way is to mix honey with oats and apply it on the scars, after 30 minutes wash your face.

Is your skin oily? Have you lately seen a dermatologist in the nearest hospital? You need to find answers to these questions first before you can get help. I know that this is one of the worst problems people can suffer from and that it needs fast cures. And the simplest answer is to get prescribed gels (medicated) from a renowned dermatologist from the nearest clinic or hospital he/she practices in. It is important that you eat healthy and stay fit by exercising everyday. Additionally, try not to sleep too late and also maintain a timetable for the day. I think your problems can also get solved if you follow your dermatologist's prescrbtions accurately and do not take anything lightly. I used several medicines on my face including cosmetics but nothing happened and that I needed help. So, I visited the nearest dermatologist and he recommended a tube. I applied it for 3 months and all my blemishes/scars had disappeared. I couldn't believe it. So, try my ideas and I am sure that you'll cerainly be successful in getting rid of these irritating skin problems.

Well, if they're SCARS, then they never go away. But there are products that will make them less noticable. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I'm sure you've seen commercials for them. They even make these creams for children. You can search online for such products as these. I would google them if you're looking for them. Also, if you don't want to spend a lot of money for these fancy products, a simple foundation cover-up can go a long way.

I find that Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Scrub/Mask works well. Use it every night. The exfoliation is key to removing scars as you need to remove the dead layers of skin and allow new skin to grow.
This is not a miracle cure, it will take some time and use.
