Turn off my mind. Stop the constant internal chatter of thought. This is especially helpful just before sleeping. One cannot worry without thoughts. No thoughts, no worry.

There are many different ways, take a walk along the beech listening to the sound of the ocean, a long bubble bath with candels around the bath, listening to music, horesriding, and reading a good book.

listen to jazz music, watch the fish in our aquarium, talk to our bird, lay beside my hubby, chat on the phone, read some exciting books, go to the beach, window shopping on the mall, cook your favorite meal, drink your starbucks coffee (my favorite is the green tea frappucino), watch good and thrilling movies, get a massage, go to a spa, long drive on the weekend and visit church and pray........

but if you are married or have a sweetheart, don't forget not to include your other half on everything you plan to....enjoy and relax with someone you love and cherish the moment....

Deep Breathing! Breath in to a count of five and breath out to a count of five. It's amazing how relaxed you'll get!

I go for a drive in the countryside...no traffic to worry about, and the scenery is awesome. It always works for me!
