Turn off my mind. Stop the constant internal chatter of thought. This is especially helpful just before sleeping. One cannot worry without thoughts. No thoughts, no worry.

There are many different ways, take a walk along the beech listening to the sound of the ocean, a long bubble bath with candels around the bath, listening to music, horesriding, and reading a good book.

listen to jazz music, watch the fish in our aquarium, talk to our bird, lay beside my hubby, chat on the phone, read some exciting books, go to the beach, window shopping on the mall, cook your favorite meal, drink your starbucks coffee (my favorite is the green tea frappucino), watch good and thrilling movies, get a massage, go to a spa, long drive on the weekend and visit church and pray........
but if you are married or have a sweetheart, don't forget not to include your other half on everything you plan to....enjoy and relax with someone you love and cherish the moment....

prepare earlier the exam when you're properly prepared for the exam you may be positive and may loosen up extra. Being fearful earlier an exam is organic each and every man or woman or commonly feels that yet when you're properly prepared chance is that you wont be so stressful.
