The Industrial Revolution of the 19th century was mostly experienced in the USA and in western Europe, when the economy shifted from a mostly home and agricultural based economy to a major goods manufacturing and exporting economy.

China, Korea and some other eastern countries are just now moving onto the major world export markets with their manufactured goods, so perhaps you could say that those countries are just now experiencing that phase of their own industrial revolutions.

The technological revolution that is allowing us to do what we are doing (computer use). Although it could be argued that all technological and industrial revolutions are just a continuation of the previous technolog and industries considering past experiences are built on and improved to create modern technology and in the pre-industrial world technology was rarely referred to as such ie horse drawn buggies weren't referred to as technology.
