Look up under "Adult" in the Yellow Pages, phone the stores that are listed there, make a list of who sells what, write down their addresses, then DON'T GO THERE!
None of those things work -- they are products designed by companies of unscrupulous herbalists who prey upon the sensitivies of men who are not confident of their organ size.

Is there a "Big ***** R Us" store in your neighborhood? I don't know if K Mart still features them as "Blue Light Specials" or not. You may find them in Walmart between the Dollar DVDs and Michael Jackson Jockstraps. Seriously sex shops would be your best bet and they are available all over the web? Can you spell SPAM and RIP-OFF? The sad truth is that none of those pills and mechanical gizmos will do anything but shrink your bank account. They just don't freaking work!!!
