Fun ways to get rid of a stalker?

It's a guy from here (yes, I hope you read this, creep) and he's been hanging round my house, sitting in the car, watching me, following me. Next time I see him I will call the cops, but in the meantime I'd like to entertain some ideas what I could do to get rid of him for good. Ideas???
(Nothing I would go to jail for, though)

Thank you all... his nickname is Drache. The cops won't do anything, they told me it's not against (German) law to stand around in the street and watch my house. As long as he doesn't break entry or threaten me, they will do nothing.

if you know his name and address, mail it to prison inmates with a little note (wear gloves...no fingerprints!) "ohhhh big boy, i think you're hot, i'll be waiting for you upon release!" go to a truck stop, and pass out his number to all the lonely over-the-road drivers. turn tables, follow him, sneak up on him and blast an air-horn. there is an endless list of things to do and have fun at his expense.....revenge is sweet.

I had problems with a stalker before. A restraining order only works if they can catch him. I finally got a concealed weapons permit and when he approached me he found himself staring down the barrel of my pistol and I told him he has a choice to make. Well he made the right one cause he took off really fast and hasn't bothered me since

serious part:please don`t do anything stupid coz you really ain`t know what kind of guy and capable he is.What for a laugh for today if its can make you cry tomorrow.
If you feel unsafe let the cop handle this guy but if not, let it be maybe this his first time met someone so attractive and can`t hold himself from seeing you.

you could get a super soaker squirt gun full of paint to spray on his car or him. if you want to do something more radical, carry a can of pepper spray with you for those moments he gets too close. I think he might get the message from that.
What ever you do, make it as unpleasant for the stalker as possible.

Do what i would do every time you see him, run, every time he approaches if there is another guy around there talk to him instead of this creep and if he gets anywhere close to you, smack him and cuss at him!
