i mean i don't want to hurt them as much and i want to tell them i'll still be there for them when they need sum1 to talk to.. i mean she's really into me and i am into sum1 else i'm falling in love with my exgf again and how would i tell her that??

So why the hell not make it memorable? Throw a tantrum and tell her she stinks. Tell her she's fat, ugly, smelly, disgusting... whatever.
Tell her that her belly roll turns you off and that her skin is too greasy.

Just be upfront with her. Tell her that it is just not working out. You don't have to tell her that you are falling in love with your ex gf.

tell her the truth and things will be ugly but u need to make yourself happy and tell her u will be there for her but u need to follow your heart and make sure your ex is worth it...
