Unless you are already on the pill, there is no way to prevent your period from happening.

Sorry your gonna have to pack some pain reliever and tampons and deal with it. I'm sure there are still things you can do on your trip. Part of the fun of going on a trip is seeing new places and spending time with your family/friends. Doesn't a nice (romantic) leisurely stroll down the beach at sunset sound nice. Or how about a barbecue or bonfire.

Have a good time.

It can't be done unless you are on the pill or some other type of hormonal contaception. If you aren't taking anything at all, you are just gonna have to deal with your regular start date. Sorry hun, nature must take it's natural course.

Yup. If you're on the pill, then just don't start taking the fake pills. If not, you could try out those new things (I think it's called instead) that are like tampons, but you don't have to change them as often.

I don't think there's any way to extend you start date, atleast not that I know of. It comes when it comes, thats the natural way, thats how your body works. Why would you want to mess with your body like that.
