In VA which I live in. If you have children he can not throw you out. If the house is under both your names.....he can not throw you out even with no children. Good luck in living in a house which a person is being ugly to you. Get a lawyer. Look under the yellow pages for aide. Go to your city hall and ask about free lawyers they should direct you in the right direction in where you can apply for a free attorney.

You'll have to go through a process of court to do that ---
if you throw her out of the house she can file charges against you --- why not just leave and let her have the place for now and work out the details in court.

It really depends if your husband owns the home, if you have jointly contributed to the upkeep then he doesn't have any right. stay put and speak to a lawyer as soon as possible. if you have kids then he cant throw you out as he needs to support his family. go and see a lawyer quickly before he tells his that you walked away from the marriage.

Well, yes in the sense that this will trigger a divorce action by the wife and result in his being forced to surrender lots of money and assets.

LOL too funny... NOPE. If she hasn't cheated then no you have to stay with her or you have to leave or else she will get everything in the end because of your actions to throw her out for no reason.

Get ready for a battle!

What a PIG! He did that to you. I know that in some states, you can file for a divorce, claim spousal support, and make him pay you.....a monthly fee. He isn't worth it if he did this to you and if the house is under both of your names, he has no right to do that.

I think in any situations like that, if you have any kids, he cant throw you out, the house is yours and the kids.
