I am a tall, curvy, voluptous woman who would be considered by
others as "plus-size". I work out 3x weekly on weight resistance
machines, walk a great deal, and stay active in my lifestyle. My
clothing size averages between 18-20 womens, at last check my
choles. count was 170, and my blood pressure is excellent. Tho
I am a large woman, I am healthy and in great shape. I dare say
that there are more parts of my body that are toned and firm to
the touch than those women who bodies are smaller and lighter
in pounds but not in as good shape as I am.
It's your mental attitude, and your image of yourself that counts.
No matter what size-stay healthy! Get regular exercise! Take care
of your appearance, and do things to enhance your beauty-take
care of your hair, nails, skin. Wear makeup, jewelry, anything that
makes you feel pretty!
PS. My boyfriend adores my body, and is extremely demonstrative
in showing his appreciation of it's womanly gifts. Some men just
want a woman with a big bust and backside, with a definite waistline to contrast it all with! Keep your curves girl!

The Dove "real beauty" ads showcase plus-sizes beautifully, as well. I believe they are as in as they ever were. Look at the stars of the past - Marilyn Monroe, many subjects of well-respected art - they were CURVY girls and were considered the most beautiful things around.

some adult adult males like plus some do not. in spite of the undeniable fact that there's a distinction between overweight and plus length. in spite of the undeniable fact that in case your fearful about your wieght the most acceptable component for women to do is drink water, devour ingredients that are reliable for you and enhance your metabalism, and get right into a workout consultation recurring. I recommend in case your satisfied on your pores and skin now imagine in case you position 6 month contained in the health center in doing it appropriate. you'd be healthful, extra alluring, and extra self positive than earlier.

I hope not, I need to loose a few myself and I feel awful. Anorexia sucks ,but a woman that fits in the weight tables looks good, ans is probably healthier. The thing is 60 percent of woman are aver weight, so advertising has had to catch up .

I wish it were so, but I don't think so. I think we have to stop worrying about the "in thing," and be happy with ourselves and focus on being healthy, happy and active. Love yourself, that's what Mo'Nique does.

No "in" thing, just people who don't take care of their bodies. In America we are facing an epidemic of obese people, it is really horrid. We are seeing many health-related problems from it.

Many people are genetically large. Fat (obese) is unhealthy. Skinny is not that attractive. Curves are nice.
