How come my chest (breast) get really tender when I am about to start my menstrual cycle?

It's all thanks to those hormones that cause PMS and all that other fun stuff. It's completely normal, nothing to worry about. Just take it with a grain of salt and deal with it just like you deal with your period. If it bothers you too much, take a pain reliever.

Definitely hormones. It's a great way of telling when you are going to get your period. It usually goes away by the time your period is over.

it is natural...your breasts and your menstrual cycle are "connected"...like when you get pregnant...your breasts get bigger and they might hurt a little
