Yes, you have to let it out. Don't keep it in.

Write about it, and don't hold back. Go see a counsellor too, they are a big help.

Sounds like you are uncomfortable being yourself and you have trouble allowing yourself to feel the way you do. Let yourself be free and understand that you have the right to your feelings.

But don't keep it in, open up and let it pour. Tears will come with it, I'm not saying it's easy... but it's essential.

At some time in ones life they will feel this way. I will not say that it will be a easy road to go down but you will make it through you will have to be strong headed to push your self through this I completely understand. I have been through some real bad times. But I worked my way through them. You can to just keep a positive attitude and you will make it. If you feel that you can not make it on your own the find some one to talk with. A counselor a friend or you can contact me if you like. I'll listen some times that what we each need good luck

Yes. As a Christian, I know that hurting means something. When I went through a break-down years ago & it seemed like a blanket of evil was on me. In hind sight I realized things I had built my house with (idols, false ideas) were going to be fried. I had yelled at God and ended up with a hurtfull feeling witch spirit that wouldn't leave me till I found a church & pastor prayed over me. I'm now healed.

The death of a loved one can hurt. Pray to God about that person. Sometimes someone hurts us (maby years ago) and it gets touched on again. There are old wounds there and pain can be revived. Unforgiveness is not forgetting what so & so did, and keep bringing it up. That can feel like hell on earth. Jesus said, "I forgave you and tossed your sins into the sea of forgetfullness." Also, feeling sick or going through withdrawals. Or it could be something you are eating. Just claim God's love & healing verses. Also, I could be feeling just fine driving, then I feel a curse & they hurt. I just say, "returned, dipped in God's love". And the pain leaves. Yes sometimes pain is just a curse that some unknown person threw at you. Jesus said, "Bless those that curse you. Love your enemies. Do good to those who dispitefully use you.". This is not easy. It takes walking in unconditional love (forgiveness).

Also, It is written, " God has not given you a spirit of fear, but one of love & sound mind..." "The truth will set you free". Jesus came to set the captives free. Sometimes we don't forgive ourselves. If it has been confessed & repented of to Jesus, put it behind you. We all make mistakes. Give all your cares to the Lord for He cares for you. If we confess our sin He is just to forgive us & cleanse us of all unrighteousness.

I don't know what is hurting you. Maby loneliness or rejection. Remember God is right there. Promised in His Word is He will never leave you or forsake you. I still have wounds of rejection, but, I just thank God that what He thinks is what is important. I just need to get it right with Him.

I hope this answer is helping you.

Only in the middle of a test. I'm the worst test-taker.

No, I don't hurt. I am so used to that I became insensitive.

Yes, if I really hurt, it never leaves me and I can't forget about it until I solved the problem.
