Over the course of 1 year, about 25 out of 100 typical couples who rely on the rhythm method to prevent pregnancy will have an accidental pregnancy - you could do try, use this stite http://www.mymonthlycycle.com or consider getting your tubes tied or there are many other ways out there to prevent pregnancy

The rhythm method is a little better than nothing, tubal ligation is almost 100%. What about condoms, spermicide, etc?

You might want to read up on something called Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome. I had my tubes tied over 5 years ago and regret it daily. So make sure it's something you really want before you do it.

It's not reliable. I say go for getting your tubes tied, or your husband could have a vasectomy since your body has already been through so much. Good Luck.

Just get the tubes tied. Rhythm is very hard to do and doesn't allow for spontaneous sex.

I am living proof that the rhythm method is a less than optimal method of birth control.

Thank God!

There's a name for people who use the rhythm method. They call those people "parents."

I am proof that that method doesn't work - FOR REAL. Parents were Catholic and that is what they were using. Hello.....it's me.
