The price is good!
You need to ask more questions of him and check out the system..... Why is he selling?
Check warranty status!!! you will need model and serial
posible you may be able to call to see if there has been any warranty repairs on this computer or possibly an extension of warranty!

The way you wrote this it sounds as if you are looking at getting a laptop from the US and haveing it sent to you. I am not sure but there could be problems.

I have no idea on the price but do have a question for you instead. The external power supply, what is the input option? If it is only 110vac then you will have a hard time useing it there. Either way you may have to buy a new power cord to attach to it. Also the software for the DVD writer, will it write in the Pal format or only the NTSC (US) if not then you will need to buy software so you can actually watch what you burn on a DVD player. Also will the service centers there service the model? If not then you will have to pay to ship it back to the US for service.

The Monitor check the power on it as well.
