My boyfriend is cheating on me and he still loves me , but that's only because we have a daughter . probably to get more money in the military, i am in love with somebody else who loves me for me and wants to take care of me and my daughter , what should i do?

You know what to do. Leave him. You don't want your daughter to think it is okay to be treated with such disrespect. Hopefully the new guy will take better care of ya'll and have more respect for you. She will learn to be a better person for it.
