I need serious responses only. I have had driving phobia (sweating, nausea, panic attacks) ever since I can remember, and I think I really need to do something, as it's hindering my driving. Any help of what I can do, what doctors to see?

You just need reassurance that everything is alright and the right mindset once you have driven and realise that there is nothing to worry about they will eventually pass, you need to ask yourself why you are having these attacks and realize what is setting them off a doctor will only tell you it is a nervous condition, and probbably prescribe you something that you probbably don't need anyway! Once you work out what the cause of this is then you will be able to fix it. Is it the car, is it the fact that you are in control of something, Is it a previous accident, Is it because of a closed space, Is it because you think that something is going to happen! The answer is not to stop driving and hope that they go away you need to work out why they are happening and what you are doing at the time take note!!!!!! If you only have the attack just before you begin driving chances are it is not the fact of driving itself it may actually be something else.

Good Luck
And don't give up!
Remember the mind is a powerful thing
you can overcome this!
Quick!!!

You have the proper reaction. Driving is extremely dangerous, even if you are a safe driver, so you should feel afraid. If everyone felt the way you feel, there would be no more accidents. It is the people who are over-confident about their driving ability who have the most accidents, and they run right into people who are not paying attention.
YOU will live longer.

make sure someone is in the car with you when you drive and have them coach you through it on a road with little amounts of traffic

Did you had an accident before?
But if you suffer that much, then... DONT DRIVE!
