Is there any way to tell if anybody has blocked you on MSN Messenger? Please give details!

Yes. However, you cant do this with MSN messenger for Windoze. What you need to get is software like AMSN and GAIM. Both run on Linux but i suspect that GAIM may have a windoze variant.
These will tell you what status the other person has set you on. I tried it out and saw that virtually all my friends had me deleted from their friends list :-)

if you have thier addy for msn or whatever service they are using. open another account and enter the addy. if they are online on the new account then they have blocked you on the other. tada

u can ask common buddies if the other friend is online ;)... since all block-detectors don't work anylonger

Using a status checker...if they online and you see them offline, obviously you have been blocked
