Well, since this is the HISTORY category and not religion...
Nobody knows "who" the first human on earth was. Whoever it was, it was someone born around 150,000 years ago who had some genetic variations from their parents different enough for us to classify them as "human." In reality there's been a range of what we would call "human," so it's hard to draw a line as to the first one.
You could say that as soon as the first primitive proteins came together in the primordial soup some 4 billion years ago that the first human was on earth, since we evolved from there...and since the stuff our bodies are made of has been on the earth since it's formation (indeed, it even existed long before that, as our heavy element parts like carbon were formed in the hearts of stars long gone supernova), you could say we've always existed...:)

the first human ancestor walked on earth about 4 or 5 million years ago. I don't know if they were big on names back then.
By the way, the Adam and Eve never existed. They are part of Judeo-Christian mythology

When the first hominid slinked through the underbush has been estimated from molecular clocks and confirmed by radiometric dates. These lines of evidence converge on a period between 5 million and 7 million years ago, at point of divergence from our cousins the great apes.
