My first guesses would be the Throttle Position Sensor, Engine Idle Sensor, or a disconnected or dry-rotted vacuum line.

Revs up but doesn't move? If it moves in reverse but not in drive, suspect the transmission valve body and clutches worn.

with luck its just low on tranny fluid. otherwise its going to be expensive. either a computer problem or a fried tranny although a broken half shaft is possible if it refuses to move in either direction
