"From little acorns mighty oak trees grow."
If you succeed in coming out of the closet (and manage to suppress your fear of the sheer size of your bedroom), then who knows? You might be so invigorated, when you realise what you've achieved, that with each step away from that dreadful closet you'll experience more and more of what Life has to offer.
I wish you every success in your endeavours.
Alternatively:
"Come out of the Darkness and into the Light"
Don't hide yourself away, Joe. I know that it's a big bad world outside of your closet, but it has lots of wonderful things too, like love and laughter and pretty women and handsome men and flowers and trees and... and ultimately, they all look to the sun to survive. The sun, with its warmth gently caressing your skin and making your heart glad, filling your mind with colour...

Judging from the number of tightly closed minds I see here, you may find you are more claustrophobic out than in a spacious, walk-in closet. The mind set I see here is downright disgraceful...so many younger people have NO idea of what is going on, they are filled with irrational hate. I know this question was a cute joke, and forgive me for carrying on, but ... where does all this ridiculous hate end. These people are hating others they will never know...and why? what is the point. And they do this all in the name of their god! Is this the same god they wave in front of everyone ... a god who loves all? Strange bunch of people

It really depends how many shoes you have. But seriously, only designer labels belong in the closet and to live a fulfilled life you need to be honest with yourself and those around you. It is not so bad... give it a go!

Come out, come out wherever you are! There is more oxygen out here with the rest of us. Think about it this way, once you come out of the closet you will have more room in there to go shopping.

Yes you should. Unless you choose to get on your knees and pray in that closet for God to forgive you .
