I have it really bad! I have advised my husband not to hold me responsible for anything that I say or do at that time, and not to take anything I say to him personally! It is beyond my control!!
Other than that, I prefer to be alone with my Jim Beam and a cigarrette!

try primrose oil tablets they are good, also keep to a healthy diet during pms like eat plently of fruits and veggies and drink heaps of water and go for like a 15 min walk or something every day

chocolate. OK you probably have heard that before, but there is a chemical in chocolate that actually stimulated the menstrual in woman. also if you like teas. try camollie tea. it helps with the pain also, and it has a calming affect.
